Jamyang Tsering Namgyal is a Member of the Parliament of Ladakh. He was elected to the 17th Lok Sabha in May 2019 and was previously elected as the Chief Executive Councillor (CEC) and Chairman of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Leh. Being inspired by the views of the respected Prime Minister, Mr. Namgyal reinstated the BJP in Ladakh with a historical margin. The 34 year old leader is a figure of youthfulness and productive advancements who’s vision goes beyond limits and exceeds expectations. Completing his education from Jammu University, he served the Ladakh Student Association within Jammu as the President as well as in other various capacities before delving further into politics. He began his political career as the State spokesperson of Bhartiya Yuva Morcha in year 2013. In line with his views, Mr. Namgyal envisions to incorporate the 13th sustainable development goal (Climate Change) and its respective targets to resolve the global crisis of climate change. He also focusses on the growth and development of the tourism sector in Ladakh which in turn would boost the economy of the region. He is an inspiration for thousands of people, with hope for a better future and reflects the strength to progress towards a just and sustainable world.

Dr. Dnyaneshwar Mulay is an Indian career diplomat as well as a celebrated author and columnist. He currently serves as a member of the National Human Rights Commission in India. He was the former secretary of the Ministry of External Affairs and General Consul New York. He contributed to being the main coordinator of the event held at Madison Square Garden for the Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi in September, 2014. The renowned writer Ms. Deepa Deshmukh authored a book titled ‘Dr. Dnyaneshwar Mulay – Passport Man of India’. Dr. Mulay assumed office as the high commissioner of India to Male (Maldives) on April 2009 and served in this capacity until March 2013. He was credited with steering the Indo -Maldivian relations to greater heights and has successfully led the embassy through the difficult transfer of power, in February 2012.\r\n\r\nHe began service as the Consul General of India in April 2013. His notable achievements at the Consulate include the varied initiatives of outreach to the Indian diaspora as well as the mainstream American society. He introduced a monthly lecture series called ‘Media India 2014,’ which gained immense popularity, and also helped initiate new conversations on India. He also founded the Indian Business Association in Moscow, Russia and served as its Founder President for two years. He has inspired a number of socio-educational projects including Balodyan, an orphanage in his native village, and the Dnyaneshwar Mulay Education Society in Pune which seeks to introduce innovative concepts like Global Education.

Research background of twelve plus years with measurable outcomes in the form of patents, copyrights and international publications in the field of protein science, protein engineering and directed evolution of proteins. Successfully developed hitherto unknown enzymatic methods for S-diglycosylation of protein and peptides using bacterial enzymes. This is expected to lead to significant breakthroughs in the field of food preservation, Antibiotic resistance management, pharmaceuticals, and industrial enzyme production. Developed a growth-promoting product for crop applications for industry partner (Criyagen Agri and Biotech Pvt. Ltd.) leading to successful market launch. Now endeavoring to develop a versatile enzymatic tool-kit for utilitarian manipulation of peptides and development of alternate methods and reference standards for assessment of critical quality attributes of biologicals. Sultan Singh Shekhawat did his Ph.D in “Impact of erosion on agricultural land use and land suitability” and is an expert in the field of Geospatial applications development and strategic policy. He was instrumental in modernizing the entire cadastral record of the State. He’s also the brains behind conceiving, designing, planning, launching and implementing a comprehensive NLRMP project, which aims at achieving conclusive titles for all the properties in the State- a totally new concept in India for which he was nominated for Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration for the year 2012-13 by Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana. Recently he was honoured with the National Award for e-Governance for Excellence in Adopting Emerging Technologies. He also has to his name accolades such as the ‘Haryana Ratan’ award from All India Conference of Intellectuals (AICOI) for the recognition of the distinguished services rendered to the society. \r\nHe is currently acting as the Principal Scientist in Haryana Space Application Centre (HARSAC) and GIS Head of Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority, GMDA. He is also the working faculty member affiliated to G.J. University and is the visiting resource faculty at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy Administration (LBSNAA) Mussoorie.
